How to do small head lift from a wall

  1. Set

    Sit close to a wall on a stable chair. Rest your upper back and head against the wall. Keep your hands on your thighs.

    Nod your chin slightly down. Keep your upper back against the wall.

  3. 2

    Keep the nod and take the weight of your head just off the wall.

  4. 3

    Hold the tiny lift. Breathe normally and keep your shoulders still.

  5. 4

    Rest your head against the wall again.

Take care. Use a very small lift with your chin down. Skip this exercise if your neck is painful. Stop for strain or dizziness.
