How to do pike push-ups

  1. Set

    Start on your hands and feet with your hips lifted high.

  2. 1

    Set your hips high with your hands under your shoulders.

  3. 2

    Bend your elbows and lower the top of your head.

  4. 3

    Press back to the pike position.

Take care. Stop if you feel pressure in your head, neck, or shoulders.
