How to do high plank leg lifts

  1. Set

    Start in a high plank with palms below shoulders and both legs straight.

  2. 1

    Lift the working straight leg a small distance behind you.

  3. 2

    Keep your hips level and both hands fixed.

  4. 3

    Lower the foot slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
