How to do plank forearm-to-hand transfers

  1. Set

    Start in a forearm plank with feet apart and elbows below shoulders.

  2. 1

    Put one palm down, then the other, and straighten your arms into a high plank.

  3. 2

    Keep your hips level.

  4. 3

    Return to the forearms one at a time and change the leading arm.
