How to do prone bent-knee hip lift

  1. Set

    Lie on your front with your forehead supported. Bend the working knee to a right angle.

  2. 1

    Lift the working thigh only a small distance from the floor.

  3. 2

    Keep that knee bent and your pelvis down. Do not arch your lower back.

  4. 3

    Return to the start slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
