How to do gentle prone ankle hold

    Lie on your front with knees bent and arms beside you. Reach each hand to the ankle on the same side.

    Press your ankles gently into your hands and lift your chest a small distance.

  3. 2

    Keep your pelvis supported and neck long. Use a small lift.

  4. 3

    Keep breathing normally. Hold a comfortable position.
