How to do prone inward hip turns

    Lie on your front with your forehead on your hands. Bend both knees to a right angle.

    Move your feet a small distance apart.

  3. 2

    Keep your knees in place and your pelvis flat. Then bring your feet back together.

    Return to the start slowly.
