How to do prone y raises

  1. Set

    Lie face down with your legs long and your arms reaching in a Y shape.

  2. 1

    Reach your arms forward and slightly out.

  3. 2

    Lift your hands a little from the floor.

  4. 3

    Lower your arms slowly.

Take care. Lift your arms only a small amount and keep your neck relaxed.
