How to do side-lying heel openings

  1. Set

    Lie on the working side with knees bent and stacked. Keep the knees touching and head supported.

  2. 1

    Lift the upper heel away from the lower heel while the knees stay together.

  3. 2

    Keep your pelvis still and both knees touching.

  4. 3

    Lower the heel slowly without opening the knees.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
