How to do seated hand-to-thigh brace

  1. Set

    Sit tall on a stable chair. Lift the working thigh slightly and put both palms on top of it.

  2. 1

    Press your palms down as the thigh gently pushes up.

  3. 2

    Keep the other foot flat. Keep your back long and hold the thigh still.

  4. 3

    Keep breathing slowly. Hold a comfortable position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
