How to do seated inward hip turn

  1. Set

Sit upright with knees bent and feet down. Rest one hand lightly on the working knee. Keep that thigh on the seat.

  2. 1

Keep the working knee still and move that foot a little outward from the hip.

  3. 2

Pause in the small hip turn. Keep your thigh on the seat.

  4. 3

Bring the lower leg back under the knee without rolling the ankle.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Move from the hip and keep the knee centred. Use a small range and do not twist the ankle. Stop if you feel pain.
