How to do seated knee tucks

  1. Set

    Sit near the front of a stable, non-rolling chair and hold the sides.

  2. 1

    Lean back slightly while keeping your chest open.

  3. 2

    Draw both knees toward your chest.

  4. 3

    Lower your feet slowly without dropping your posture.
