How to do shoulder backward wall press

  1. Set

    Stand with your back near a wall. Keep the working elbow bent and its back against the wall. Keep your feet stable.

  2. 1

    Press the elbow gently backward into the wall. Keep the body and forearm still.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Release the effort slowly. Keep the support in place.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
