How to do shoulder forward wall press

  1. Set

    Stand facing a wall. Keep the working upper arm beside your ribs, elbow bent to a right angle, and fist against the wall.

  2. 1

    Press the fist gently forward into the wall. Keep the shoulder, elbow and body still.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Release the effort slowly. Keep the support in place.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
