How to do shoulder outward elbow press

  1. Set

    Stand with the working side beside a wall. Bend that elbow and rest its outer side against the wall.

  2. 1

    Press the outer elbow gently sideways into the wall. Keep the shoulder down and body still.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Release the effort slowly. Keep the support in place.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
