How to do wall finger climb

  1. Set

    Stand facing a wall. Place the working fingertips on it below shoulder height. Keep the elbow soft.

  2. 1

    Walk the fingertips a little upward. Let the fingers guide the shoulder lift without shrugging.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Return slowly to the start position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
