How to do side-lying inner-leg lift

  1. Set

    Lie with the working side down. Put the other foot on the floor in front of that knee.

  2. 1

    Lift the bottom straight leg a small distance.

  3. 2

    Keep your hips stacked and your head supported. Do not roll backwards.

  4. 3

    Return to the start slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
