How to do side-lying thigh stretch

  1. Set

    Lie on the opposite side with your head supported. Bend the working knee behind you.

  2. 1

    Hold the working ankle and bring that heel gently towards your buttock.

  3. 2

    Keep your thighs parallel and your pelvis still. Do not arch your back.

  4. 3

    Keep breathing slowly. Hold a comfortable position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
