How to do side plank hip dips

  1. Set

    Set up on one forearm with your hips lifted.

  2. 1

    Set your shoulder over your elbow.

  3. 2

    Dip your hips toward the floor.

  4. 3

    Lift back to the side plank.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Use a smaller dip and stop if your shoulder feels uncomfortable.
