How to do side plank reach-throughs

  1. Set

    Start in a side plank on the working forearm and outer foot. Raise the upper arm toward the ceiling.

  2. 1

    Reach the upper hand under your ribs as your chest turns a small distance toward the floor.

  3. 2

    Keep your hips lifted and supporting elbow below shoulder.

  4. 3

    Open the arm again slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
