How to do lying bent-knee foot taps

  1. Set

    Lie on your back with arms beside you. Raise both legs with hips and knees bent and shins level.

  2. 1

    Lower the working foot to touch the floor while the other leg stays raised.

  3. 2

    Keep the knee bent and your pelvis still.

  4. 3

    Lift the foot back slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
