How to do lying double bent-leg lowers

    Lie on your back with arms beside you. Raise both legs with hips and knees bent and shins level.

    Lower both bent legs together a small distance toward the floor.

  3. 2

    Keep your back and pelvis still. Stop before your back starts to arch.

  4. 3

    Raise both bent legs slowly back above your hips.
