How to do supported hamstring glide

  1. Set

    Lie on your back. Hold behind the working thigh and lift it with the knee bent.

  2. 1

    Keep the thigh still and gently straighten that knee.

  3. 2

    Keep your ankle relaxed and your head down. Stop before the back of the thigh feels tight.

  4. 3

    Return to the start slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
