How to do lying opposite hand-to-knee press

  1. Set

    Lie on your back with the free foot flat. Lift the working thigh and put the opposite palm on it just above the knee.

    Press your knee and opposite palm gently toward each other without moving.

  3. 2

    Keep your head and pelvis supported. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Keep breathing normally. Hold a comfortable position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
