How to do lying single-leg reaches

  1. Set

    Lie on your back with arms beside you. Raise both legs with hips and knees bent.

  2. 1

    Straighten the working leg diagonally forward while the other thigh stays upright.

  3. 2

    Keep your arms on the floor and your back still.

  4. 3

    Bend the working knee to return.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
