How to do supported arm pendulum

  1. Set

    Stand beside a stable chair. Rest the other hand on its back. Hinge a little at your hips and let the working arm hang loose.

  2. 1

    Shift a little forward and let the loose working arm swing forward.

  3. 2

    Shift a little back and let the arm swing back. Keep the shoulder relaxed.

  4. 3

    Return the arm to a relaxed hang. Repeat the small pendulum.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Let the arm swing freely in a small range. Keep your neck long and do not force the shoulder. Stop if you feel pain.
