How to do world's greatest stretch

  1. Set

    Start in a high plank with space to step one foot forward.

  2. 1

    Step one foot beside your hands.

  3. 2

    Rotate your chest and reach one arm upward.

  4. 3

    Hold the position and breathe slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Use a smaller stance or skip the rotation if it is uncomfortable.
