How to do small seated diagonal reach

  1. Set

    Sit on a stable chair with feet apart. Rest your hands on your thighs and keep both hips on the seat.

  2. 1

    Turn the chest a little toward the working knee and slide both hands toward its outer edge. Use a small forward bend.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Return slowly to the start position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
