How to do supported elbow back stretch

  1. Set

    Sit before a desk. Rest both elbows on a folded towel, palms together above them. Keep both feet flat.

  2. 1

    Move the chest a little down between your upper arms. Keep the elbows supported and do not arch the lower back.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Return slowly to the start position.
