How to do small pelvic clock

  1. Set

    Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat. Rest your hands on the front of your pelvis.

  2. 1

    Tip the pelvis slightly toward your head. Keep the head and shoulders down.

  3. 2

    Return to centre. Draw the working hip slightly toward its lower ribs. Keep both knees forward.

  4. 3

    Return the pelvis gently to centre.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
