How to do kneeling gate side stretch

  1. Set

    Kneel on the free knee. Extend the working leg sideways with its sole on the floor. Keep your torso upright.

  2. 1

    Raise the free-side arm overhead and bend gently toward the straight leg.

  3. 2

    Rest the working hand lightly on the thigh. Keep both support points fixed.

  4. 3

    Keep breathing normally. Hold a comfortable position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
