How to do downward-facing dog

    Start on your hands and knees. Tuck your toes under.

    Press through your hands. Lift your knees and raise your hips.

    Keep your knees soft and your neck relaxed. Your heels can stay above the floor.

    Keep breathing slowly. Hold a comfortable position.
