How to do forearm-supported back extension

  1. Set

    Lie on your front. Put your elbows under your shoulders and rest your forearms on the floor.

  2. 1

    Press through your forearms and lift your chest a little.

  3. 2

    Keep your pelvis down. Breathe and look forward and down.

  4. 3

    Lower your chest slowly and relax.

Take care. Keep your pelvis down and your neck long. Stop if pain increases or spreads into a leg.
