How to do knee rolls on your back

    Lie on your back with knees bent and feet together. Rest your arms out to the sides.

    Let both knees roll a little to your right. Keep your shoulders down.

  3. 2

    Bring both knees back to the centre.

  4. 3

    Let both knees roll a little to your left. Keep your shoulders down.

  5. 4

    Bring both knees back to the centre.
