How to do bodyweight squats

  1. Set

    Stand with feet about hip-width apart.

  2. 1

    Send your hips back and bend your knees.

  3. 2

    Pause at a comfortable depth.

  4. 3

    Press through your feet to stand slowly.

Take care. Use a smaller range if your knees or hips feel uncomfortable.
