How to do reverse lunges

  1. Set

    Stand tall with your feet under your hips.

  2. 1

    Step one foot back and lower your hips.

  3. 2

    Lower until your front thigh feels worked.

  4. 3

    Press through the front foot to stand.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Use a wall or chair for balance and keep the range small if needed.
