How to do lateral lunges

  1. Set

    Stand tall with space to one side.

  2. 1

    Step to one side and keep the other leg long.

  3. 2

    Sit your hips back into a comfortable range.

  4. 3

    Press through the bent leg to return.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Keep your moving knee in line with your toes and use a smaller step if needed.
