How to do bridge heel lifts

  1. Set

    Lie on your back with knees bent. Lift your hips into a comfortable bridge.

  2. 1

    Keep your hips at the same height and lift both heels.

  3. 2

    Keep both forefeet down. Lower the heels without letting your hips drop.

  4. 3

    Return to the start slowly.
