How to do kneeling front-ankle stretch

    Kneel with the tops of your feet on the floor. Keep your toes pointing back.

    Move your hips partway towards your heels.

    Keep your chest upright. Stop before you feel pressure in the ankle joint.

    Keep breathing slowly. Hold a comfortable position.
