How to do floor foot press into a wall

  1. Set

    Sit on the floor with both legs long and knees softly straight. Put the soles against a wall. Rest your hands beside your hips.

    Press the balls of both feet gently into the wall. Keep the ankles still.

  3. 2

    Hold the light calf effort. Keep the heels supported and breathe normally.

    Relax the pressure while keeping the soles against the wall.
