How to do diagonal arm sweeps

  1. Set

Stand with feet wider than your hips and soft knees. Hold your hands close together in front of your chest.

  2. 1

Reach both hands up toward the working shoulder.

  3. 2

Sweep both hands down toward the opposite hip. Turn gently with the movement.

  4. 3

    Return along the same diagonal.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Use a comfortable diagonal. Turn through your hips and feet. Do not force your back or lock your knees.
