How to do band low-to-high diagonal pulls

  1. Set

Stand side-on to a secure low door anchor. Hold the band with both hands beside the hip nearest the anchor.

  2. 1

Move both hands diagonally upward across your chest.

  3. 2

Let your feet turn with your body.

  4. 3

Return slowly through the same path.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Use a light, undamaged band. Check the anchor before you start. Stop if you feel pain or lose control.
