How to do donkey kicks

  1. Set

    Start on hands and knees with your back flat.

  2. 1

    Brace your middle and keep your knee bent.

  3. 2

    Kick one heel up toward the ceiling.

  4. 3

    Lower the knee with control.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Keep your hips level and do not arch your lower back.
