How to do fire hydrants

  1. Set

    Start on hands and knees with your back comfortable.

  2. 1

    Brace your middle and keep your knee bent.

  3. 2

    Lift one knee out to the side.

  4. 3

    Lower the knee slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Keep your hips level and use a smaller lift if needed.
