How to do glute bridge march

  1. Set

    Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat.

  2. 1

    Lift your hips into a comfortable bridge.

  3. 2

    Lift one foot a small amount without dropping your hips.

  4. 3

    Set the foot down and change sides.

Take care. Keep your hips level and stop if your back feels uncomfortable.
