How to do supported dumbbell elbow extensions

  1. Set

    Put your free hand on a stable chair. Hinge forward and hold a light dumbbell with the working elbow bent beside your ribs.

    Straighten the working elbow behind your body.

  3. 2

    Keep your upper arm still and your neck long.

  4. 3

    Bend the elbow slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
