How to do alternating heel digs

  1. Set

    Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, elbows bent, and space in front of you.

  2. 1

    Place your right heel a short step forward with your toes up.

  3. 2

    Bring your right foot back under your hip.

  4. 3

    Place your left heel a short step forward with your toes up.

  5. 4

    Bring your left foot back. Continue at a steady pace.
