How to do seated opposite heel-toe switch

  1. Set

    Sit on a stable chair with both feet flat. Keep the knees forward and both thighs supported.

  2. 1

    Raise the right heel and left toes together. Keep the other contact points down.

  3. 2

    Lower both feet flat. Keep the knees forward.

  4. 3

    Raise the left heel and right toes together. Keep both thighs still.

  5. 4

    Lower both feet flat again.
