How to do foot arch lift

  1. Set

    Sit tall with the working bare foot flat. Keep the heel, ball of the foot and big-toe pad on the floor.

  2. 1

    Draw the ball of the foot a little toward the heel. Keep the toes long.

  3. 2

    Hold a small arch lift. Keep the heel and big-toe pad down.

  4. 3

    Relax the arch without curling the toes.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Use a small, comfortable movement. Do not force a joint. Stop if you feel pain.
