How to do big toe floor press

  1. Set

    Sit with the working heel and forefoot flat. Keep the small toes relaxed and the knee facing forward.

    Press the big toe pad gently into the floor without curling it. Keep the heel and forefoot still.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Release the effort slowly. Keep the support in place.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
